Mr. Li is responsible for advising our Group on issues relating to corporate governance, audit and providing independent opinion to the Board.
Mr. Li has ample experiences in asset management. Mr. Li has been serving as the partner of Shanghai Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd. since April 2023.
Mr. Li served as an independent director of Shanghai Chuangxin Resources Development Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600193), from July 2021 to May 2023.
Mr. Li received his bachelor’s degree in hoisting, transporting, and engineering machinery from Hebei Coal Construction Engineering College (currently known as Hebei University of Engineering in China in July 1994.
He received his master’s degree in engineering science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China in February 1997.
